Foundation Level
Level 1 allows you to validate fundamental foundational knowledge.
The Foundation level is the entry point to the Modern Project Management certificate.
Level 1
The certificate is aimed at individuals with solid knowledge in traditional, plan-based, agile, and hybrid project management. The exam is conducted online as a 60-minute multiple-choice test.
The questions cover the following topics:
- Traditional, plan-based project management (16 questions)
- Agile project management (16 questions)
- Hybrid project management (9 questions)
- Standards and regulations (1 question)
- Methodologies (3 questions)
- Leadership (5 questions)
To pass, candidates must correctly answer at least 25 out of the 50 questions (all-or-nothing). Some questions may also include calculation tasks and matching questions.
Participants will receive their results immediately after the exam.
By obtaining the Level 1 – Foundation certificate, holders demonstrate extensive knowledge and skills in project management across a wide range of topics. The certificate is valid indefinitely. Information on registration can be found in the registration flyer in the download section of the website. Currently, the certificate is offered free of charge to students. After registration, participants will gain access to comprehensive training materials to prepare for the exam.
